Minutes of the
Budget Committee
Arden, Delaware
April 10, 2006
Meeting held at the home of Jack Dolmetsch at 7:30 P.M.
In attendance: Jack Dolmetsch, Aaron Hamburger (visiting), Matthew Lo, Barbara Shippy, Steve Tanzer, Larry Walker
Aaron Hamburger attended this meeting as a favor to the committee and explained the duties of the budget committee and the source of data for the reports. He expressed the need for the 3-year projection (uncompleted for the March town meeting) to be completed by the end of May.
Matthew Lo was elected chairman and assigned the following duties:
- Jack Dolmetsch will update and prepare budget spreadsheets from data acquired from other committee members and also prepare these meeting minutes.
- Steve Tanzer will procure estimates of future County & School taxes.
- Larry Walker will procure individual budget estimates from other committees.
The present emphasis is on the completion of the 3-year projection; Matthew Lo will set the next meeting in the near future.
